By using Wizoma, you agree to these terms.

The service

Wizoma is a SaaS service that installs an automated conversational assistant on your website to qualify prospects and capture their contact information. Estimates generated by the widget are indicative and non-contractual — they do not replace an official quote.

User account

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account. You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Wizoma only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use Wizoma to collect data without consent, send fraudulent or misleading content, or attempt to compromise the security of the service.

Estimate liability

Estimates generated by the widget are produced automatically by an automated system. Wizoma is not responsible for discrepancies between indicative estimates and final prices. The contractor is solely responsible for their pricing and official quotes.

Billing

Wizoma is free for private beta participants. Billing terms will be communicated before the end of the beta period with a minimum 30-day notice. No credit card is required during the beta.

Intellectual property

The code, design and content of Wizoma are the exclusive property of Wizoma. Your lead data belongs to you — you can export or delete it at any time.

Limitation of liability

Wizoma is provided without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. In the event of a service interruption, we will do our best to restore service as quickly as possible. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 3 months, or zero during the free beta period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to hello@wizoma.com. Wizoma reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the event of a violation of these terms.
